Library Lawn Games!

From July 11th through August 29th, stop by the library lawn on Mondays from 1pm-3pm (weather permitting) to play some of our fun outdoor games!  We’ll have Cornhole, Giant Checkers, Giant 4-In-A-Row, Giant Jenga, Giant Left Center Right, Giant Yard Dice, Kan Jam and Spikeball!  Library Lawn Games are fun for all ages and everyone is welcome to come and play!  For more information about the games and how to play, see below.

Cornhole: Use this tournament grade set to play Cornhole.  This entire set weights 66 pounds and contains 2 umbrella graphic wood cornhole boards, 4 red bean bags, 4 blue bean bags, 1 drawing string bag and 1 carrying case.

Giant Checkers: Play the classic game of checkers in giant size.  The entire sets weighs 9.5 pounds and includes 1 (8′ x 8′) checkboard tarp, 12 (10″) red checkers, 12 (10″) black checkers and 1 carrying case.

Giant 4-In-A-Row:  Play the classic game of connect 4 with this giant 4-In-A-Row game set.  Standing at over 3.5′ tall, the entire sets weights 5 pounds.  The set contains 21 yellow disks, 21 green disks, 2 red main body pieces, 2 blue side pieces, 2 red insert sliders and 1 carrying case.   

Giant Jenga: Play the classic game of Jenga in giant size.  Giant Jenga starts off at 22″ high and can stack to over 4′ high when in play.  This entire set weights 18 pounds and contains 54 hardwood blocks measuring 6″ x 2″ x 1.2″ and 1 carrying case.

Giant Left Center Right: Play the classic dice game Left Center Right for up to 8 players.  The entire set weights 3.25 pounds and includes 3 solid wood 3.5″ dice, 24 red plastic chips and 1 black drawstring bag.

Giant Yard Dice: Contains all the equipment needed to play 20+ dice games including Yardzee and Farkle for up to 5 players (game instructions included).  The entire set weights 7 pounds and contains 6 solid wood 3.5″ dice, 5 double-sided reusable scorecards, 1 dry erase marker and 1 wooden bucket.  

Kan Jam: Use this pro set to play Kan Jam for up to 4 players.  The entire set weights 5.9 pounds and contains 2 Kan Jam pro goals, 1 ultimate disc, 8 stakes and 1 carrying case. 

Spikeball:  Use this standard 3 ball kit to play Spikeball for up to 4 players.  The entire sets weights 3.5 pounds and contains 1 (36″) adjustable net with 5 rim pieces and 5 folding legs, 3 (3.5″) balls and 1 drawstring carrying bag.
