Internet Access Policy

In response to advances in technology and the changing needs of the community, the Falmouth Public Library endeavors to develop collections, resources and services that meet the informational, educational, cultural and recreational needs of Falmouth's diverse, multicultural community.

The Falmouth Public Library does not monitor and has no control over the information accessed through the Internet and cannot be held responsible for its content. The Falmouth Public Library staff is not responsible for monitoring any materials accessed online. As with other library materials monitoring and restriction of a child's access to the Internet is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.

The Falmouth Public Library Board of Trustees reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate this policy.
