Teen event on Election Day!

The Falmouth Public Library is pleased to present a most unusual, eerie and chilling program for teens (ages 11-17), complete with shrunken heads, E.S.P. and bizarre tales that will make you shiver!  Come to Falmouth Public Library for Tales From Beyond! Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 1:30-2:30.

“This intriguing program is a little hard to explain, but then, so is the teenage mind.  Think of it as part X-Files and part Alfred Hitchcock.  Ripley’s Believe-It-Or-Not meets The Munsters somewhere in the Outer Limits.  Those who participate will view and handle some odd and unusual artifacts, such as a voodoo doll, ancient coins, old photographs and newspaper clippings. They will hear stories of curious disappearances, unsolved mysteries and purported hauntings.  They will try their hand at mindreading and experience the sensation of ESP.  And, they just might feel chilling goose bumps while hearing about famous unsolved murder cases, including Cleveland’s most famous one investigated by Elliot Ness,” writes the spookmaster himeself, Greg McAdams.

Tales From Beyond! will be held in the Hermann Foundation Meeting Room on the ground floor.  Feel free to bring a cell phone – there will be lots of cool things to photograph!
