Yes, every year at just about this time we review all of our magazine subscriptions. We collect suggestions from patrons all year, and then add or subtract subscriptions based on use and suggestions. In recent years we have added Make: technology on your time, Natural Home, Home Power: the hands-on journal of home-made power, Taunton’s Fine Cooking, and TLS: Times Literary Supplement. Most of these were added at the suggestion of library patrons.
So now is the time to let us know if you think there is a magazine that the library should subscribe to, but does not. Leave a comment on this blog entry, or just e-mail us at with your suggestions. We can’t promise to buy everything, but we certainly will take a look at your suggestions. Thanks!
