Janet is a certified yoga and meditation instructor who has been practicing meditation since the 1970s, and has led meditation groups and taught workshops around various types of meditation and mindfulness practice. She has also attended continuing education trainings at the Kripalu Center for Yoga in Lenox, Massachusetts.
