- As historic cultural town property, the Library grounds will be made available on an equitable basis to local organizations, groups, and individuals who request use of the property, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of such groups and individuals. The Library’s programs shall have priority over the use of the grounds.
- The Library grounds will be made available for temporary usage by such groups or individuals who activities are non-profit oriented in natures. All activities, programs, or exhibits must be open to the public.
- Groups or individuals desiring to use the Library grounds must coordinate all proposed events with the Falmouth Department of Public Works maintenance schedule. Groups or individuals requesting use of this property must provide all the necessary recourses to clean up upon completion of all activities.
- The Library will not provide personnel to assist in the handling of exhibits or any other materials needed by groups or individuals using the library grounds.
- The Library is not responsible for any damages or losses of such groups’ or individuals’ personal property incurred while on Library grounds.
- All requests or exceptions to the above stated policy are subject to the approval of the Library Director.
