Programs for Kids & Teens During April School Vacation Week

If you’re between the ages of 9-18, we have two fantastic programs happening during school vacation week this year!

If you’re interested in signing up, please contact the library. We would love to have you join us.

Monster Dolls with local artist and librarian, Jennifer Burkin, on Wednesday, April 20 from 2-4pm in the Bay Meeting Room

Make a monster doll during our beginner-friendly maker studio class. Monster dolls resemble the popular “ugly dolls” and they are easy to make! This sewing workshop is open to ages 9-14. Space is limited, so please sign up soon.

Creative Writing Mini-Camp with local writer, Kathryn Kulpa, on Tuesday & Thursday, April 19 & 21 from 2-4pm in the Hermann Meeting Room

Teens ages 14-18 are invited to join Kathryn for two sessions where they will use their imagination to compose short flash fiction pieces. This will be a fun workshop for writers of all abilities and interests.

If you have ideas for programs, classes, events, or workshops, please let us know. We would love to hear from you and make your library dreams come true.
