Make Your Own Greeting Cards!
Make your own greeting cards-for Valentine’s Day, or any other occasion, on Thursday afternoon, February 6th at 2 pm!
Sid Tamm, cartoonist (and MBL cell biologist!) will show participants the advantages of making really personal greeting cards, by hand rather than computer, instead of buying impersonal commercial cards. “You don’t have to be an artist to do this–in fact, it’s better if you’re not. You’ll practice and use a variety of graphic methods to celebrate someone you know well with humor and perspicacity, to the delight and amazement of the person getting your card.” (Sid Tamm)
Geared toward adults and older teens. Registration is required-space limited. Update: event is full, but get on waiting list, for this (or perhaps a future 2nd session!) here.
