The film, which we are not allowed to name, is described as:
“What a delight! Immigrant brothers Tony Shalhoub & Stanley Tucci open an authentic Italian restaurant on the New Jersey shore in the late 1950s, hoping to impress customers with their exquisite cuisine. Alas, boorish Americans prefer the cheap wine & checkered tablecloths at a competitive joint just across the street. Granted the opportunity to prepare a meal for entertainer Louis Prima, the brothers empty their bank account hoping to achieve fame by serving a truly magnificent feast.” Rated R. (109 minutes).
It will be shown in The Falmouth Public Library’s Hermann Room.
A What’s Falmouth Reading? Committee event celebrating good, local food.
