Are you or someone you know interested in babysitting? Then you should know that the 4H Club offers a babysitting course that teaches important skills for responsible babysitters. Topics covered in this two part course include:
o child safety
o first aid & emergencies
o feeding & nutrition
o stages of child development
o ways to entertain children
o the business of babysitting
The Falmouth Public Library is very pleased to be able to present this course again this year, FREE of charge, thanks to the generous support of the Trustees of the Falmouth Public Library.
Classes will be held in the Teen Room on Wednesday February 29th and Wednesday March 7th from 4:15 – 8:15pm (a dinner break is included). Just in case we have a surprise blizzard, the snow date is Wednesday, March 14th at the same time. Attendees must be at least 11 years old and need to register in advance by contacting the reference department.
