I am excited to announce that, after spending the morning installing the new printers given to us by Kenmark, they are available in the Children’s Department, Young Adults and the Reference Department (public computers, microfiche and catalog computers) for public use. The other morning I was bringing my car in for an oil change & I noticed a schematic of a car’s electrical system on the counter. The young man helping me was delighted to learn that he could download free schematics for hundreds of makes & models through Auto Repair Reference Center from the library’s website.

The Henry Herbert Smythe applications for $33,600 of scholarship aid from the Henry Herbert Smythe Trust are now available at the Reference Desk as well as at the Falmouth High School Guidance Office, the Falmouth Public Schools Administration Office, and the Falmouth Town Hall reception desk. The committee typically awards more than thirty scholarships.
